Strike It Rich

This orange yellow rose offers a unique color not common in the rose world. I’ve seen this rose performing well just north of us in West Palm Beach and it is quite a site to behold. Unfortunately ours did not live very long and was afflicted by the dreaded die back before it could get well established. It was in a prime location so I’m not sure if it was poorly suited for the garden or just a weak plant. It was susceptible to black spot even with occasional spraying so not highly recommended for the South Florida garden.
